Return Policy: Custom-made Products: All sales are final, and returns or refunds are not accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items: If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement. Non-custom Products: Returns are accepted within 30 days, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
